  • Automatic Inventory Control – Track inventory on a product or product option level. Inventory is automatically reduced after a purchase and products become unavailable for purchase when inventory falls to zero. You can set low inventory levels and will be reminded to order more products when stock falls below this level.
  • Coupons & Gift Certificates – Easily create trackable coupons which give customers a dollar or percentage discount on their order. Coupons can be set to expire after a certain date or number of uses, and you can run reports to see coupon usage. Customers can choose from a variety of gift certificate designs, which they can purchase through your store. The gift certificate is then emailed to the recipient and they can easily see their remaining balance from the “My Account” page.

  • We will work with you to start gathering the imagery, content, price lists, and any other materials needed for the construction of your site.
  • If you do not already have a web site, we will help you secure your domain name and secure a hosting account for your web site.
  • Upon receiving your content and images, we will begin to look at logical grouping of content and how it aligns with the focus of your web site to formulate a proposed navigation scheme and begin building your web site.
  • Once we have agreed upon a navigation scheme and overall layout, we will leveraging our knowledge of web site design, usability and search engine optimization best practices, to blend all of this content together into a functional web site that will present a friendly user experience to your customers.
  • All throughout this process, you will find that we seek feedback and ask lots of questions to make sure that we are on the same page with how your web site and business ultimately will be represented to the world. When both parties deem the web site design ready, we enable it for the rest of the world to enjoy and you can begin the marketing of your new website.
  • It is at this point where we will invoice for the second half of the project proceeds. Unless we are involved in additional website work or online marketing efforts with you, from a website expense standpoint going forward, you will have annual domain name renewal fees, periodic hosting fees (depending on if they are set up to be monthly, quarterly, or annually), any online marketing that you are doing (either on your own or with our help).
